5 Programming tools which will help you manage Instagram
Did you know that Instagram currently has more than 400 million active users? It is currently the most used social network. This platform is one of the best ways to present your business. Instagram works as a showcase which helps us promote ourselves, and reach our clients in a closer, more direct and casual way.
As we have commented on other occasions, we should correctly manage our social media. This is why, when we use Instagram, we must keep in mind what type of posts we want to make, what time is adequate, and what type of message we want to publish(multiple, stories, or prioritizing our feed).
Today we will share a trick to manage your Instagram posts in a simple and organized way. If you are one of those people who manage more than one account, or that is interested in giving a specific meaning to your Instagram, we recommend 6 apps that will allow you to manage your time and optimize your objectives.
Facebook Creator Studio
We will start off with the simplest. Creator studio is Facebook’s official tool for creators and businesses. It allows users to create and schedule Instagram posts and IGTV videos, manage all your posts, and view basic statistics about activity(in the last 7 days) and audience.
This tool is very simple and easy. For many businesses, creator studio has everything they need and nothing more. Creator studio is also free, unlike other tools it has no post limit or subscription plans. Its biggest downside is the lack of advanced features.
SocialGest
Socialgest only works on computers. Here at Zink, we have used this tool for years since it allows you to program your posts directly as well as adding a description, photographs, and videos that you can edit on the same app. You can program date, time, and social media where a post will be published. Socialgest also lets you view metric analysis and manage several indicators like followers, hashtags,… all in the same app.
One of it’s most interesting features is the ability to preview your Instagram feed, allowing you to view how your audience will see your profile before actually posting. But if that wasn’t enough, you can also manage several profiles on different social media platforms.
Socialgest’s biggest flaw is that the programming function doesn’t work too well. Many times, the post ends up uploading an hour after the set hour. And the size restrictions for images makes you waste time by having to edit them before uploading.
Postcron
Postcron is, for us, a great discovery! Although it is very similar to Socialgest as it also allows you to program posts and their descriptions, hashtags, photos, and videos. However, it is much more intuitive, organized, and easy to edit on. It allows you to have several profiles, but it separates posts by profile. This means you can see every profile’s individual posts instead of posts from every profile at the same time.
Postcron also allows you to publish immediately unlike Socialgest, in which you have to post at least 5 minutes in the future.
Later
You can access this app from your computer or any other mobile device. The free version allows 30 posts per month, this is more than enough for most users.
This app’s interface is similar to Socialgest’s or Postcron’s. It includes a great variety of features such as linkin.bio, which allows your audience to access a clickable landing page of your feed by clicking the link on your bio. This makes Later the ideal tool for online shops.
Onlypult
This app can only be used on a computer. One of its key features is the ability to give access to other people, having more than one user at the same time.
Its programming system is similar to the rest, it allows you to edit photos and obtain Instagram analytics, as well as viewing your publication calendar. It even lets you program Instagram stories!
Its only flaw is that the free trial is only 7 days.
Buffer
Despite having a mobile version as well, this app works much better on computers. Buffer allows us to program posts, publish directly, and even program reminders.
Its modus operandi is very similar to all the other apps, but its key features include recommendations on the best times to post and useful analytics.
Its free version is very complete, it allows you to manage 3 accounts, with 10 free posts per month on each one.
These tools help us develop our communication strategies, encouraging a closer relationship with our customers and helping us build customer loyalty with the use of analytics to identify which posts work the best at which time.
